Service Fulfillment

Our services, including but not limited to web design, video production, and digital marketing, are fulfilled according to project timelines agreed upon during the onboarding or project initiation phase.

Service timelines may vary depending on the scope of work and client responsiveness.
Upon project completion, deliverables are provided digitally via email, cloud storage links, or direct upload to client platforms.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed work or services already rendered.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have been paid for but not yet started.
Deposits, retainers, and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Return Policy

Because we provide digital services and customized solutions, there are no physical goods to return.

In the case of dissatisfaction with a final deliverable, we offer revision rounds as specified in our project agreements.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra fees.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects or service agreements under the following conditions:

If cancellation occurs before project commencement, any paid deposits may be forfeited according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, clients are responsible for payment for all work completed to date.
For subscription or retainer-based services, clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

As a service-based business, we do not ship physical products. All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed upon.
