1. What if my scope falls outside of your packages?

No worries! We work with a variety of clients with a variety of needs - these packages are primarily meant to make it easy to gauge a rough price point for what you might need. We'll put together a custom quote for you based on specifically what you are looking for.

2. Will you work on other platforms like Wix or Squarespace?

The short answer - no. We specialize in Webflow primarily. Our designers & developers are very skilled in a variety of design & development platforms, however our training and foundation lies with Webflow.

That said, feel free to ask us to take a look at your current system, and we'll be happy to make recommendations to you for other providers, or help directly where it makes sense.

3. Do you provide the content?

This will depend on the final agreed upon scope. For our Simple Landing Page or Basic Website options, we'll be leaning on you to provide most of the base content. Our team will review and edit content as necessary to ensure everything is branded and cohesive. With our Full Suite or a custom package designed for you, we can help create a variety of text and visual content - from sales copy to graphics, images, and video.

4. Do I own the website?

Yes! When we build a website, we will build it in our agency account to take advantage of additional tools and resources. This also allows us to maintain the hosting and ensure everything stays up-to-date.

If you choose to terminate maintenance & hosting with us, we will transfer the project to an account of your choice, or export the project files if you choose to self-host outside of Webflow. Either way, you'll have full access to your website & its contents.

5. What if I just need help with my existing website?

If you're just looking for small changes rather than a full build-out, we may be able to help! Shoot us a message with what you're looking to get done and a timeframe.

6. What is the turnaround for a new website?

We typically ask for 8-12 weeks for turnaround on a new, full website build. Based on the scope we agree upon, we'll give you an estimated launch date and aim to launch much sooner.

A typical website will involve 2 weeks of research & market analysis, 4 weeks of design and development, and 2 weeks of quality control and revisions.

Landing pages may be launched in as little as 2 weeks.

7. Will you maintain the website after launch?

Yes! We have a Monthly Maintenance plan that goes on all new builds that covers your hosting, most external tools that we need to use to supercharge your website (custom forms, social feeds, etc), and basic updates to your website each month (swapping photos & copy, adding CMS items). We all perform routine maintenance to ensure all features remain updated and functional, and routing optimization to incorporate new technologies and techniques that are introduced over time.

8. Do you offer payment plans or options?

We do! If you need a custom payment plan for your website, let us know. We are happy to work with your budgetary requirements.

We can accept credit cards as well as direct ACH payments for most services.

1. Do I have to get a package?

Not at all! Our single video shoots average around $5000, but are flexible depending on scope, complexity, and number/distance of locations.

2. What is included in the package?

Our video packages include 8 fully shot & edited short-form videos per month. On the 6-month plan, you'll get a total of 48 videos and on the 12-month plan you get a total of 96. If you need more or fewer videos each month or a custom arrangement, let's chat.

3. Do I own the video content?

Yes! All the final video content that we produce belongs to you and you can use it as you see fit - social media posts, advertising, website content, etc. Keep in mind that if you request a song that is not royalty-free, you may be responsible for obtaining a license to use that song in your promotions.

4. Do you travel?

We do! We travel up to 25 miles outside of Murfreesboro, TN included in the price. If you're outside of that service area, we just add on a trip charge.

5. When do I get my videos?

We estimate to turnaround edits 7-10 business days after the shoot - but we aim to deliver much sooner. Keep in mind that this may change based on the length, complexity, and scope of the final videos.

6. Are there limitations?

Your imagination can be limitless - but keep in mind that we're a run-and-gun production. Things like CGi, cranes, and locations are not out of the question, but not included in the basic scope here. If you need something with more involved production, hit us up.

7. What if I don't like one of my videos?

We'll make it right. If you need revisions, we'll go through it with you.

8. Can I just send you my own video footage?

Absolutely, if you just need video editing we have an editing package where you can send us your footage and prompts and we'll only work on the edit to create a cohesive final piece. Learn more about our editing packages.
