So, you're ready to build your first website, and don't know which platform to pick.
Each platform has a lot to offer, based on your experience level and how much time you're willing to invest.
If you've never touched a web design platform before and don't have much of a vision on what it should look like or how it should function, Squarespace is probably a good place to start. They have tons of great templates, and it's pretty hard to mess it up.
If you do have an idea of what you want your site to look like, but still not much experience, Wix may be a good option for you. The drag-and-drop builder is easy to understand, but also a bit easier to go overboard with or mess up.
If you have some familiarity with HTML or CSS, but not enough to write it from scratch, Webflow is my absolute favorite. With a sprinkle of custom code, the possibilities are virtually limitless.
The community is also second-to-none, and you can almost always find the answers you need in the forums or Discord server.
