This will depend on the final agreed upon scope. For our Simple Landing Page or Basic Website options, we'll be leaning on you to provide most of the base content. Our team will review and edit content as necessary to ensure everything is branded and cohesive. With our Full Suite or a custom package designed for you, we can help create a variety of text and visual content - from sales copy to graphics, images, and video.

Yes! When we build a website, we will build it in our agency account to take advantage of additional tools and resources. This also allows us to maintain the hosting and ensure everything stays up-to-date.

If you choose to terminate maintenance & hosting with us, we will transfer the project to an account of your choice, or export the project files if you choose to self-host outside of Webflow. Either way, you'll have full access to your website & its contents.

Yes! We have a Monthly Maintenance plan that goes on all new builds that covers your hosting, most external tools that we need to use to supercharge your website (custom forms, social feeds, etc), and basic updates to your website each month (swapping photos & copy, adding CMS items). We all perform routine maintenance to ensure all features remain updated and functional, and routing optimization to incorporate new technologies and techniques that are introduced over time.
